The End User Services Telecommunication Expense Management Analyst will be responsible for managing telecommunications and wireless services for Chubb, combining technical and financial expertise to oversee assets, costs, and user needs . The role includes c oordinating procurement and lifecycle management of devices , processing invoices, auditing usage and expenses, and working with carriers to optimize plans and services.

What You'll Do
Develops a strategic approach for managing and optimizing an organizations wireless, voice, and data servicesWorking with internal and external stakeholders including wireless carriers, procurement and kitting suppliers, employee onboarding teams, IT support organizations, procurement and accounts payable teams.Manages costs associated with telecommunication services, such as mobile communications.Effectively manages costs, expenses and services to minimize costs and drive process efficiencies for financial management while working closely with the IT leadership team.Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision making around Chubbs wireless environment focusing on security, technology obsolescence, state of good repair, and normal asset replacement.Facilitates periodic service consumption reporting to participating business units / agencies.Monitors, measures and tracks contract performance to ensure that vendors and service providers are meeting their obligations.Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks to hardware and software assets and contracts.Communicates recommendations effectively to leadership teams.Manages technology asset lifecycle investments and leads the development of reports, key performance indicators, financial variance resolutions, and budget coordination.Oversees suppliers quality of work, addressing performance issues when needed.Reviews and approves invoices if the work has contractual standards.Escalates issues to other parties as needed.Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.Facilitating end to end tracking of shipments of Telecom gear and ensuring equipment is ready for deployment when requiredCreate and manage telecom porting orders with carriers and internal teamsEnsuring the required Asset Management and Disposal activities can be performed in a timely fashionCommunicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectivesEnsure the business receives required communications regarding changes and impact on the businessDefine project responsibilities with stakeholders, track and manage telecom team tasks for multiple projects concurrently️ What Were Looking For
Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills .Proven financial acumen with a strong track record of delivering results.Solid experience managing wireless services at the enterprise level.Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, applying innovative approaches to resolve issues and minimize risks.Significant experience managing services for major North American wireless providers is considered a strong plus.What You'll Get
