The Regional Commercial Director, EMEA will be commercially responsible in setting up the strategy and driving significant and profitable growth within the assigned customer base in the EMEA region. This includes client acquisition, business development, customer retention, and price and contract negotiations, all in line with MT Group's guidelines.
The role involves expanding the market presence in the EMEA region, providing an outstanding customer experience, while continuously seeking ways to enhance the value offered to customers and capture part of that value in terms of volume, revenue, and margin growth. The Regional Commercial Director will collaborate closely with teams in operations, engineering, product development, and key stakeholders to secure new clients in the region, with a focus on selling and expanding the full portfolio of MT Group products.
Responsibilities
- Review the business sales strategy in the region providing market insights
- Meeting or exceeding national targets set by MT Group, with a strong focus on increasing market presence.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape in the EMEA region for relevant products to grow and create business opportunities with clients.
- Collaborating effectively with key internal teams, such as Product Development, Quality, Engineering, and Operations.
- Balancing the development and maintenance of strong, long-term client relationships with the pursuit of short-term business objectives to meet the operational plan.
- Managing and documenting data for potential and current customers
- Providing insights for sales and operations planning (S&OP).
- Participating in marketing communications activities, such as attending trade shows.

Profile
