Senior Product Manager - Health Care (Remote - Latam). This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - Health Care in Latin America.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of healthcare technology by leading the development and optimization of a Clinical Operations Platform. This role offers the opportunity to create AI-powered products that improve patient outcomes while streamlining processes for clinical teams. You will work closely with engineers, clinicians, designers, and business leaders to define strategy, drive innovation, and ensure solutions scale across multiple markets.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare transformation and ready to take ownership of impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with business growth and scalability
  • Build and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term opportunities
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions
  • Design prototypes and pilots to validate new concepts before large-scale deployment
  • Leverage AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency and care delivery
  • Establish and track key product metrics to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Act as a cross-functional connector, building trust and alignment between stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in product management, ideally within healthcare technology
  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience in healthcare technology and clinical operations
  • In-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and clinical workflows (mandatory)
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience with data analysis and AI tools to drive decision-making
  • Strong knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a relevant discipline
