What You Will Do
The LATAM Demand Planning, IBP and S&OE Business Process Owner (BPO), Planning Excellence Manager is responsible for :
- Shaping, standardizing and strengthening Demand Planning, IBP and S&OE processes by identifying appropriate internal and external best practices to develop strategic plans and meet the needs of the Region
- Leading key Global Plan programs and initiatives, with a focus on advancing Planning Capabilities, enabling growth, improving customer experience and driving E2E Supply Chain efficiencies
Key Responsibilities
Advances Demand Planning, IBP and S&OE Planning Capabilities (people, process, technology)Standardizes and improves processes and introduces new processes based on their functional expertise, external best practice, and Plan Transformation PlaybooksLeads key global projects and initiatives, working cross-functionally to prioritize resources and mitigate riskLeads change management practices to ensure effective implementation and integration of initiativesCollaborates with Global GPEx, IT and DTO to prioritize technology roadmapWorks closely with Plan Leaders to implement training programs in the regionCreates and maintains a functional community of practices (CoP) to facilitate the sharing of best practices, deliver system and process training and manage process improvement projectsLeads ongoing process governance and integrity, reporting, and data accuracy. Regularly monitors process compliance (health checks)Owns analytics for DP; develops and deploys a consistent set of tools to improve key DP metrics and support business decisionsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentRelevant previous experience in direct supply chain planning (Demand Planning, S&OP / IBP, Supply Planning, Inventory, Strategic Planning, etc)Previous experience as a people leaderAdvanced EnglishAbility to influence Director+ levels within the organization and in a matrix environmentAbility to effectively manage projects, multiple priorities and timelinesDemonstrates working knowledge of change management concepts and methodologiesExperience with ERP (SAP / APO) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP, ANAPLAN)Desired Qualifications
