El rol requiere liderazgo ejecutivo en la gestión de stakeholders de alto nivel, coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios, desarrollo de estrategias financieras y comerciales, mientras se asegura el cumplimiento regulatorio y la mitigación de riesgos en proyectos multi-fase y multi-sitio con operación continua.## Tus tareas diarias incluirán :
• Desarrollar y ejecutar objetivos estratégicos del proyecto incluyendo cronogramas maestros, presupuestos detallados y metodologías específicas
• Liderar análisis de viabilidad de proyectos complejos evaluando factores técnicos, económicos y regulatorios para centros de distribución
• Actuar como contacto principal de nivel senior con el cliente facilitando workshops estratégicos con stakeholders ejecutivos
• Supervisar revisiones técnicas especializadas y coordinar integración de tecnologías, sostenibilidad y certificaciones (LEED, BREEAM, WELL)
• Gestionar procurement completo preparando RFPs y evaluando capacidades técnicas y financieras de contratistas especializados
• Implementar metodologías avanzadas de gestión de proyectos (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) coordinando logística compleja de construcción
• Desarrollar planes de contingencia para riesgos identificados y gestionar seguros del proyecto y claims de responsabilidad civil## Calificaciones Requeridas :
• Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Arquitectura o campo relacionado; Maestría preferida
• 10+ años de experiencia en gestión estratégica de proyectos de construcción con énfasis en proyectos industriales / logísticos
• Certificación PMP (Project Management Professional) o equivalente de nivel senior
• Experiencia comprobada liderando proyectos con presupuestos superiores a $50 millones USD
• Habilidades ejecutivas de comunicación y presentación para interactuar con stakeholders de C-Level
• Conocimiento profundo de regulaciones de construcción, códigos de seguridad y normativas ambientales
• Experiencia en desarrollo de modelos financieros complejos incluyendo análisis de VPN y ROI
• Ingles tecnico avanzado## Calificaciones Preferidas :
• MBA(preferiblemente) o especialización en Gestión de Proyectos de Construcción
• Experiencia específica en diseño y construcción de centros de distribución (CEDIS) y parques logísticos(preferiblemente)
• Conocimiento avanzado de certificaciones de sostenibilidad y tecnologías de automatización
• Experiencia previa en gestión de interfaces técnicas entre arquitectura, ingeniería, MEP y sistemas de seguridad
• Familiaridad con metodologías Agile aplicadas a proyectos de construcción
• Experiencia en negociación de contratos complejos y gestión de claims de seguros
• Conocimiento de análisis de riesgo sísmico / ambiental y estudios de factibilidad especializados
