Senior Accounting Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Accounting Manager to join our finance team. You will be at the heart of the company's financial strategy and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Ensure the reliability of accounts and compliance with international and local accounting standards.
- Supervise all accounting operations in your scope : receivable, payable and general accounting.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Ensure the financial statement validation without reserve by Auditors.
- Facilitate and drive continuous process improvements, aiming to automate and streamline procedures wherever possible.
- Act as a technical leader, training and developing the team's skills.
- Actively participate in ERP migration projects and the improvement of financial information systems.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
- Mitigate financial risks through the implementation of effective internal controls.
- Calculate monthly and year‑end corporate taxes to be accrued.
Requirements
Ambitious and result‑oriented.Strong experience in accounting, minimum 5 years or in a related field (e.g., audit) preferably in a multinational company.Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Ability to work in a multicultural environment and interact with international teams.Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management tools.Mastery of generative AI (ex : ChatGPT) is a plus for improving day‑to‑day productivity.What We Offer
