About Select Generation

Select Generation is an international soccer agency dedicated to helping young athletes develop their talent and pursue pathways in the NCAA & European football. With programs in Spain, England, and beyond, we’ve worked with hundreds of players and families worldwide. We’re now looking for a motivated professional to join our team and drive growth through recruitment and sales.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Recruitment who loves football and excels at building relationships. You will identify, recruit, and guide players and families through our programs while meeting sales targets and representing Select Generation’s values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit talented players through showcases, events, partnerships, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with players, parents, coaches, and soccer organizations.
  • Communicate the value of Select Generation programs effectively to prospective families.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through commitment and onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed recruitment and sales targets.
  • Represent Select Generation at events, presentations, and online meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong background or interest in sales with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Passion for soccer / football and understanding of player development pathways.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with players and parents.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking calls regularly.
  • Ability to travel when necessary for recruitment events and showcases.
  • NCAA knowledge / experience is a plus.
