Descripción del trabajoYou have 3+ years of experience in project coordination. You are proficient inproject management and provider management. English - Native or fully fluent. Spanish - Conversational. Coordinate daily operations between external vendors and clients, ensuring alignment and timely execution of tasks (90% of the role). Maintain frequent communication via phone and email to confirm vendor arrival and scheduling. Manage the installation of systems when Allevio acquires a new clinic, ensuring the proper deployment of all technical components. Schedule and confirm the availability of clinic staff to receive internet technicians and other service providers. Oversee the post-onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration between the client and internal teams. Serve as the main point of contact between the client, vendors, and Allevio's internal departments. Support the setup and coordination of phone systems across multiple clinic locations. 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in technical or operational environments.
