Job Description

As Finance Manager, you are the financial steward and strategic business partner for our operations in Colombia. You own the full financial agenda : steering, planning, forecasting, and business performance management. You serve as a critical advisor to the Country Manager and the Colombian leadership team.

This is a high‑impact role at the heart of Doctoralia Colombia business journey, blending hands‑on financial excellence with strategic influence. You would drive cross‑functional alignment, and ensure data‑driven decision‑making at every level. You’ll be part of the Doctoralia Colombia Management Team, reporting directly to Rafael Montoya Robledo (Country Manager, Colombia) with a dotted line to Gervasio (Global VP Finance)

5 Business Exercise – Prepare and present your insights in a 60‑min session with Rafael, Gervasio, Enrique and Lara.

6 Final Interview – Meet Gervasio (Global VP Finance)
