ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior / Lead Ful Stack Engineer with a back-end focus, you’ll help build and optimize scalable applications using Python and React while leveraging AI-powered tools and Large Language Models to accelerate development and enhance code quality. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, influence workflows with cutting-edge AI-assisted development , and grow your expertise in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role offers a unique chance to combine full-stack engineering with emerging AI technologies for impactful, forward-looking projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and optimize React-based front-end components;
• Integrate and optimize workflows with AI-assisted coding tools (LLMs, code agents, etc.);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions;
• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment;
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI-enhanced development.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, with a focus on Python back-end services; Solid knowledge of React for front-end development; Proficiency with REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments; Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and best software engineering practices; Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; Upper-Intermediate English level.
