Description
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with client services teams and shared service centers.
- Work closely with the Operations team, providing specialist technical advisory support to ensure alignment between policies and procedures.
- Compile and verify data from various sources, including reinsurance policies, proposals, and signed slips.
- Monitor, review, and report on billing and accounting information, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.
- Analyze, clarify, and resolve queries from internal and external clients, applying established policies and exercising discretion within authority limits.
- Maintain regular interaction with cedents, reinsurers, and third parties, to understand their needs and provide timely support.
- Support brokers with the preparation of endorsements, follow-up on subjectivities, and updates to internal and external systems.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English.Computer skills, including Inbroker, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookBasic knowledge in financial mathematics.Effective analysis, problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written)Strong client service orientation.Ability to identify and find essential information.Equal opportunity employer
