About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Financial Data Analyst with deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team. This role combines financial acumen with advanced data analytics capabilities to drive strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with enterprise financial systems, particularly SAP and Oracle financial modules, and possess the technical skills to extract, transform, and analyze complex financial data. You ll be responsible for creating insightful reports that support executive decision-making while building scalable data solutions for our growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting : Develop comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and analysis using data from SAP Financial modules (FI / CO), Oracle Financials, and other enterprise systems
• FP&A Leadership : Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly / quarterly financial close processes with data-driven insights
• Data Integration : Extract and consolidate financial data from multiple sources, including SAP, Oracle, Excel, and other financial systems, to create unified reporting frameworks
• Advanced Analytics : Perform complex financial modeling, trend analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic planning initiatives
• Database Connectivity : Connect to and query data warehouse systems to access consolidated financial data for enhanced reporting capabilities
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Executive teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance data quality across financial reporting systems
