Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a Personal Injury U.S.-based law firm and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team. This role will focus on administrative support, client communication, and task coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone coverage with a daily call volume of 10-15 calls, including screening, gathering information, and transferring calls to attorneys.
- Conduct bilingual client follow-ups and provide reminders via phone and email.
- Assist attorneys with small case-related administrative tasks.
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and task follow-up to ensure efficiency.
- Support intake processes and client communications in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and client service skills.Prior experience in administrative support, intake, or executive assistant roles (legal field experience a plus).Ability to work U.S. business hours.
