We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify user needs and market trends. Define and prioritize product features and user stories based on business value and customer impact. Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product increments. Provide clear and concise requirements to the development team, ensuring a shared understanding of the product vision and goals. Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions. Collaborate with UX / UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, clarifications, and feedback from stakeholders. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and stay ahead of the market. Requirements Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering software products. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data and insights. Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. Experience in the software development lifecycle and working closely with development teams. Knowledge of UX / UI design principles and best practices. Fluent in English. #J-
