Overview

Senior Business Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our North America GBS operations. This role is critical in driving transformation, optimizing processes, and delivering strategic value to the business. You will manage high-impact projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, multi-country projects within the GBS framework, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business strategy.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks with a proactive and analytical approach.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.
• Conduct business analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change impact assessments.
• Develop and present business cases, project charters, and executive dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement through gap analysis, process redesign, and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance meetings.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of PMO best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, HSE standards, and corporate governance.
