In this role your daily duties will rely on leading and overseeing developments in process optimization and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, ensuring the quality, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Python scripts and Power BI dashboards. The specialist will act as a technical and strategic reference for the Data & Analytics team, driving operational efficiency, compliance with service agreements, and fostering innovation in automation and data analysis solutions.

How you'll make an impact

1. Leadership and Oversight

• Lead and supervise the development of Python scripts and Power BI dashboards to optimize processes assigned to the GCoE LatAm.
• Provide strategic direction and technical expertise to Data & Analytics analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.
