What you will do at ODILO
- Design and implement strategies to ensure the stability, scalability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
- Oversee the administration of servers, networks and cloud environments (AWS).
- Supervise the Helpdesk team in the administration of internal systems, management of corporate tools and support to ODILO employees' incidents.
- Establish security policies to protect the company's data and systems against internal and external threats, according to applicable regulations and certified by ODILO (ENS, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc).
- Supervise and manage the Devops and Helpdesk team in the performance of their duties within the infrastructure team.
- Work closely with Devops, Product and Operations teams to ensure an infrastructure aligned with business needs.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the use of technology resources and reduce operational costs without compromising quality.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve infrastructure and support services.
- Negotiate and oversee contracts with technology and cloud service providers.
- Prepare executive reports on infrastructure status, performance metrics and improvement plans.
The ideal candidate will bring
Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications and / or similar.Certification in AWS or other Cloud providers will be considered a plus.10 years of professional experience in IT departments5 years of experience in technical team leadership roles.Experience in infrastructure managementProficiency in cloud architectures, network administration and monitoring tools (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, Nagios).Desirable experience in agile task management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc) and associated tools (Jira).Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity and international regulations.Advanced English skillsExcellent leadership and team management skills.Hybrid model (2 days a week in our offices and 3 days working from home)What would make us happy
