As a Sales Representative, you will generate qualified prospects and leads as well as create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas and drive business growth.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to :

Pipeline Creation & Sales Outreach

  • Research and identify ICP accounts and key decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and market intelligence tools.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, calls, email) and by nurturing inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs, qualify opportunities, and prepare them for handoff to Account Executives.
  • Consistently achieve targets for meetings booked, SQLs created, and pipeline growth.

Lead Qualification & Funnel Growth

  • Validate inbound MQLs, qualify them against fit criteria, and convert them into SQLs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs in HubSpot.
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to leadership.
  • Use HubSpot to run automated sequences, lead scoring, and timely follow-ups.
  • Incorporate marketing content (case studies, webinars, whitepapers) into outreach strategies.
  • Partner with marketing to support campaign execution through aligned timing, messaging, and lead capture.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
  • Share insights from prospect conversations to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Minimum requirements :

    Studies : A High School Degree is required . A Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other related courses.

    Experience : 3–5 years in sales, business development, or SDR / BDR roles, preferably in B2B SaaS. - Logistics, supply chain, or TMS experience is a strong plus.

    Sales First : Proven ability to generate pipeline, hit quotas, and move prospects from MQL to SQL.

    Tools : P roficiency with HubSpot CRM and automation; comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement platforms.

    Language : Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.

    Perks :

    Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Following US calendar.

    Contract : Permanent

    Location : Remote Colombia.

    Salary : According to experience.
