Your role at Clorox
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst LATAM to join our regional Finance organization. This role is responsible for budget management, financial control, and data analysis, requiring strong accounting knowledge.
You will be responsible for leading the overall monthly and quarterly closing process, supporting forecasts, and continuously improving processes and reporting tools. Additionally, you will provide insights to management on the key drivers of financial performance and lead Finance & Analysis initiatives, supporting strategic decision‑making and strengthening financial controls.
What you’ll do
- Lead the month‑end close process across LATAM, partnering with country finance teams, the H&H Group, and Corporate FP&A to ensure accurate and timely reporting aligned with GAAP and corporate standards.
- Deliver meaningful analysis of business performance, risks, and opportunities. Deep dive into operational expenses (S&A, R&D, A&SP), pricing impacts, and cost center variations.
- Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles, providing variance analysis and identifying risks and opportunities in collaboration with regional finance teams.
- Conduct benchmarking, SG&A trend analysis, and performance reviews by country and product line to strengthen decision‑making and improve efficiency across the region.
What we look for
3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.Proven track record in financial planning, accounting, and reporting within multinational environments (CPG industry preferred).Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and attention to detail.Hands‑on experience with automation tools and data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.Intermediate English proficiency required.Workplace type
