Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Enterprise Account Executive / Sales Director , initially in a quota carrying role to grow out the US region. Working with elite founders and top-tier VC's, you will be a player / coach with the opportunity to build the GTM team. This is your opportunity to be the first sales leader in the business, define the go-to-market motion, and build a world-class sales engine. You won’t just be selling — you’ll be laying the foundation for a category-defining company and building.

What You’ll Do
Sales Strategy & ExpansionBuild and execute a U.S. GTM strategy from scratch — targeting enterprise buyers.Craft commercial models, sales playbooks, and pricing strategies.Position our platform with clear differentiation in a competitive cloud security market.Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to close — with CISOs and security teams.Drive outbound efforts, build partnerships, and turn early wins into scalable growth.Lead POCs and pilots that prove technical fit and business value.Land our first major U.S. customers and grow accounts over time.Build and lead the U.S. sales team.Develop a scalable, repeatable sales engine with systems, tools, and talent.What You Bring
10+ years in cybersecurity sales, with 2+ years in a Player / manager role.Experience selling cloud security to large U.S. enterprises (CISOs, security architects).A history of landing early stage deals and has been part of successful startups that have grown from from $1m - $10m ARR.Strong network in the U.S. cybersecurity ecosystem — including partners and enterprise buyers.Experience navigating complex sales cycles (6–12 months) with multiple stakeholders.U.S. citizenship needed.
