At Valle Solutions, we’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in React and AI-driven solutions to join the team of one of our US-based clients. This is a remote position based in Colombia, offering the opportunity to collaborate with international teams, design and implement advanced front-end applications, and integrate AI-powered capabilities into scalable platforms.

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will play a key role in the design and development of our client’s platform, focusing on cutting-edge front-end solutions with React while integrating AI models and features . The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern front-end development, hands-on experience with AI / ML tools and APIs, and a proven ability to deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex front-end applications in React with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
Integrate AI / ML models, APIs, and services into applications to enable intelligent features and automation.
Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration of APIs, microservices, and AI components.
Contribute to the technical roadmap , ensuring alignment between front-end architecture, AI capabilities, and business objectives.
Write and review high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code while promoting best practices across the engineering team.
Partner with Product, Data, and QA teams to deliver innovative solutions on time and at scale.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid-level developers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
Stay updated on the latest trends in React ecosystem, AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to continuously improve the platform.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with React (Hooks, Context API, Redux, Next.js, or similar frameworks).

Solid understanding of AI / ML concepts and practical experience implementing AI-driven features (e.g., natural language processing, recommendation systems, computer vision, or predictive analytics).

Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, AWS AI / ML Services, Google Cloud AI, Azure Cognitive Services).

Familiarity with microservices and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) .

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international, cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

English level C1 (spoken and written) is required.
