We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Latin American recruitment efforts for international students aspiring to study in the UK and USA. Based in Colombia, you will oversee and support a growing regional team, build and manage partnerships, drive student recruitment, and contribute to our overall growth strategy in Latin America.

Please note that this role requires proficiency in both English and Spanish.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage the regional sales team across Latin America
  • Develop and execute student recruitment strategies in priority markets (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, schools, and local institutions
  • Achieve enrollment and revenue targets for UK and US partner institutions
  • Represent the company at education fairs, webinars, and school visits (virtual and in-person)
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and student preferences
  • Report on KPIs and contribute to regional sales forecasting and planning

About You

  • Proven experience in international student recruitment, education sales, or related field
  • Proven team leadership and target achievement in a regional context
  • Strong understanding of UK and US higher education systems and visa processes
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally
