This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

Our Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is an important part of our development process, delivering relevant insights that support our game teams to optimize software performance and improve game play. EA is looking for you to fill a Senior QA Specialist role for the American Football team. You will input into our quality processes and help establish best practices for our analyst family together with our leadership team. You will work in our Bogota office, helping build the quality plan for American Football QA and will report to the QA Manager and partner directly with the Producer, Software Engineer, and Designer to agree on the quality plan for our products.

Responsibilities

• Quality Strategy and Test Planning : Build test plans and use testing skills and methodologies to test the product and share results systematically
• Research and propose solutions for increasing test coverage efficiency
• Quality And Data Analysis : Compile data from multiple sources into cohesive summaries to communicate status and risk
• Report high impact or complex bugs and provide applicable feedback to improve the quality of the game for players
• Collaboration And Communication : Be a communication bridge between development partners and QA teams
• Represent the QA perspective in meetings, ensuring quality standards are prioritized.
• Mentorship And Team Support : Mentor and support team members in implementing quality strategies
