Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business & Data Analysis Lead to manage requirements sessions with cross-functional teams in Marketing and Engineering, defining analytics needs and identifying data gaps. This role requires excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, as it involves acting as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of data and analytics solutions. The position potentially involves working with US clients in PST or stakeholders in India.

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office!

• Lead requirements sessions with Marketing and Engineering to define analytics needs and data gaps.
• Document business and data requirements, logical models, and source-to-target mappings.
• Conduct gap analysis between current Databricks implementation and target architecture.
• Validate and document existing profile scripts using strong SQL skills.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, including BRDs, data flow diagrams, ERDs, and gap analysis workbooks.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for business stakeholders.
• Support test case definition and data validation during implementation phases.
• Collaborate with delivery teams following structured methodologies (waterfall or hybrid).
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
