Job Purpose : The Data & Analytics (D&A;) Team plays a pivotal role in driving business transformation by providing valuable insights into market performance. Our team partners with key stakeholders across different business areas to measure and assess success, offering data-driven support that informs strategic decisions. We work collaboratively with leaders to answer critical business questions, understand business drivers, and provide solutions that foster the ongoing transformation toward an insight-driven organization. This team has a broad scope, influencing multiple business functions and playing a key role in the success of our operations in Latin America.Primary Responsibilities : The Business Data Analyst focus on translating business needs into data-driven insights and ensuring that data supports business decisions and strategy. Key responsibilities are : Data Collection and Integration : Gather and integrate data from various internal and external sources to develop a comprehensive understanding of business performance across multiple areas of the organization.Data Analysis and Interpretation : Analyze large datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support decision-making across different business functions.Business Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs, objectives, and KPIs. Ensure that analytical initiatives align with business goals and support cross-functional objectives.Data Visualization and Reporting : Design and develop impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, Excel, and others to communicate business insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating effective decision-making.Business Decision Support : Provide actionable insights to business leaders to guide decisions related to strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvements across the organization.Performance Monitoring and KPI Tracking : Track and report on KPIs across the business, ensuring that data reflects progress toward strategic goals and enabling ongoing performance assessments.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Partner with various departments to ensure data consistency, quality, and alignment with broader organizational objectives. Foster collaboration to support data-driven decision-making across the business.Forecasting and Trend Analysis : Leverage historical data and industry insights to forecast future trends and business outcomes, supporting long-term strategic planning and decision-making.Process Optimization and Automation : Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data tasks, streamline workflows, and improve reporting and analysis processes, driving efficiencies in data management across the organization.Required Knowledge & Experience - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data analysis role with a strong understanding of interpreting trends and performance across various business functions.- Expertise in quantitative analysis and the ability to synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data to explain business trends and driving factors.- Advance proficiency in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Excel, Power Point, and other reporting tools to create impactful, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to a broad audience, from senior leadership to functional teams.- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- Innovative thinking and curiosity to continuously improve processes and deliver higher-quality insights.- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.- Well-developed business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.- Intermediate to Advance English (written and spoken).Tipo de puesto : Jornada completa, Indefinido
