About the Role :
We are looking for detail-oriented and passionate bilingual representatives to join our customer service team , specializing in payments and transactions . In this role, you will handle chat interactions , assisting users of a popular U.S. financial app similar to Nequi. Customers will reach out to you for inquiries related to transactions, app issues, and general questions .
Responsibilities :
Assist customers via chat in English, addressing concerns and questions about the payment app.Guide users through technical and financial issue resolution .Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring high service quality.Document and follow established procedures for efficient problem resolution.Requirements :
