We are a company with more than 15 years of experience in Colombia and the United States, helping clients optimally manage all aspects of the development of their own technology, including analysis, strategy, design, implementation, deployment and the maintenance. We also help clients manage and transform their IT infrastructure through consolidation, integration, automation and virtualization.

At TECH LABS COLOMBIA / Vichara Technologies we are looking for a System Administrator.

What will be your goal?

implementation and management of servers and systems, configuration of directory services and security policies.

Proactive system health monitoring and problem resolution.

Implementation of backup strategies with tools such as VeeamBackup.

Virtualization through VMware and Hyper-V.

Collaboration with internal teams to guarantee interoperability and security.

Administration and deployment of cloud services in environments such as Azure.

Maintenance of detailed documentation on infrastructure and procedures.

continuous application of updates and security patches.

What are the benefits and contractual conditions?

Indefinite term contract.

What requirements must you meet?

More than 3 years experience as a System Administrator.

Knowledge in :

Microsoft Infrastructure : Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, Active Directory, ADMT, SCOM, SCCM, SCVMM, WSUS, WDS.
Linux : RHLE, Ubuntu, and CentOS.
Databases : SQL Server, DB2.
Backup : Veeam, Data Protection Manager.
Monitoring : Nagios, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor.
Cloud : Azure, Office 365.

Excellent management of VMhware and Hyper-V.

Conversational English (Minimum B2).
