Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
Process orders and handle returns and exchanges.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
Experience in marketing or social media management (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer systems and CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements :
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
