GTM Manager – HONOR, Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia
Design, lead and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new products, especially cell phones, aligning product, marketing, sales and distribution channel teams to maximize market impact, accelerate adoption and ensure commercial goals are met.

Responsibilities
- Market Analysis : Conduct national macro market analysis, including market overview, operator information, and competitor market information, to provide support for national strategies and consumer behavior analysis.
- Product Strategy : Manage the national product roadmap, oversee product strategies and pacing for various sales channels in the local market, be responsible for terminal product sales targets and market share goals, manage product lifecycle progress, coordinate 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), maintain the brand, and ensure end-to-end alignment across relevant functional areas to ensure synchronized progress and commercial success of the product.
- Product Marketing Expenses : Manage the budget, allocation, execution, and process management of national terminal product marketing expenses, and oversee local sample management.
- Product Expansion : Develop product solutions and project expansion for local market channel partners (including but not limited to agents, retailers, operators, and industry markets).
- Data Analysis : Conduct daily PSI analysis based on product dimensions, and timely analyze and provide feedback on inventory turnover and coverage rates in collaboration with channel managers for key accounts and retail stores. Report and communicate product solutions to partners such as operators and key accounts, ensure smooth product promotion to partners, and review and follow up on distribution plans from the perspective of maintaining channel health and market sales conditions.
Qualifications
Academic background : Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related. MBA or specialization in marketing or business strategy (desirable).Experience : 5+ years in marketing, product management or commercial strategy roles, ideally in technology or telecommunications companies. Experience leading mass consumer technology product launches (preferably cell phones, tablets, gadgets, etc.). Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and agile methodologies.Technical knowledge : Strategic and operational marketing; Product and lifecycle management; Market research and data analysis.Seniorities and Employment
