We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong experience in manual testing (automated testing experience is a plus) for web and mobile products who is passionate about the customer experience to join InsideTracker team as a Senior QA Engineer. You will work closely with InsideTracker development and product (UI / UX) teams to release and maintain new features without compromising on quality.

Requirements

7-10 years experience with web and mobile app manual QA, automated testing experience is a big plus.

Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, Object Oriented Design, and Design Patterns.

Basic competency with Git Source Control is required.

RESTful services experience is a plus.

Experience with Agile software development methodology (SCRUM) and working in such environments.

Maintain a healthy balance of disciplined test planning with day-to-day flexibility.

Background working on mature, 24 / 7 SaaS web and mobile applications.

Comfortable with and have experience working in small, fast-moving companies with “just enough” process.

Loves to break sh^t for a living.

Responsibilities :

• Use, develop, and maintain test cases and test plans for all user flows of InsideTracker products.
• Report bugs discovered during manual and automated test runs through Jira issue tracking application.
• Evaluate tools / technologies to continue enhancing the manual and automated test plans and their execution.
• Work collaboratively with other QA Engineers, UI / UX team, and Developers.
• Maintain related internal and external (customer facing) technical documentation.
• Consult team members on QA best practices.
