Assessing and evaluating therapeutic / rehabilitative / functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care. Evaluates home environment.

Qualifications

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Experience : Home Health Care : 1 year (preferred)

License : PT Physical Therapist
