We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction across multiple teams and business units. This role is responsible for driving performance, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee operational performance, budgets, staffing, and process improvements.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, addressing escalations and driving client satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics, manage risks, and implement best practices.
- Foster a positive, engaging workplace and partner with support functions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.5+ years of leadership experience in operations management.Strong people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven experience managing performance, budgets, and client relationships.Willingness to work a flexible schedule and / or as requiredAdvanced English level is a must.Schedule : Monday to Saturday.Basic salary + monthly bonus for meeting indicators.Contract : Long-term from day one.Seniority level
