Responsibilities

• Define the AI chatbot strategy aligned with business goals and member needs.
• Design the technical architecture for conversational AI, including integrations with existing systems and content.
• Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., LangChain, Rasa, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, etc.).
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy NLP / LLM-powered chatbot solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure scalability and usability.
• Establish best practices for AI model governance, testing, and iteration.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, conversational AI, and generative AI.

Compensation

Starting at $4,500 USD / month (base), with potential for more depending on experience
