We’re looking for a Legal Analyst responsible for providing general support to Counsels and Senior Legal Analysts to ensure timely and accurate legal support to the business.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of Counsels and Senior Legal Analysts, provide legal analysis considering applicable laws for : Labor and Social Security Law, Finance, Taxes, Corporate Law, Litigation and Regulatory.
• Assist on the adequate management and administration of external legal counsels under supervision.
• Assist in low-mid complexity company projects (e.g., efficiency projects according to market needs) under supervision.
• Develop training material and provide trainings on company policies handled by the Legal Department (e.g., third-party providers trainings).
• Analyze and prepare draft agreements and legal documentation to facilitate business decision-making under supervision.
• Support, follow-up and report on litigation aspects (e.g., gathering information for case substantiation, drafting letters and judicial notices).
• Conduct research and keep the legal team up to date on legislation and regulations related to the business.
