What We Are Looking For in you :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to support our operations across the Andean Region. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, relevant legal experience, and the ability to act as a strategic partner to our business. A successful candidate will demonstrate solid judgment, high ethical standards, and a collaborative mindset in a matrixed, international environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Compliance Leadership :

• Act as the Compliance Officer for the SAGRILAFT and PTEE programs in Colombia.
• Oversee due diligence, internal monitoring, and compliance audits.

Qualifications

Education : Law degree from an accredited university. Specialization or master’s degree in corporate or commercial law is preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm and / or multinational company, with a focus on corporate and commercial law.

Compliance Expertise : Practical knowledge or certification in compliance programs (e.g., SAGRILAFT and PTEE) is highly desirable.

Languages : Advanced English proficiency is required (verbal and written).

Skills : Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
