What You Can Expect

The Global Reporting Analyst will support the centralized reporting function within Zimmer Biomet's global FP&A. This role demands a strong command of Power BI and a passion for transforming data into powerful, intuitive dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across global stakeholders. The analyst will ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports, contributing to Zimmer Biomet's commitment to the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and ethical business practices.

How You'll Create Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights to executive and regional teams
• Transform legacy or underutilized reports into visually compelling, user-centric dashboards that elevate decision-making
• Apply design thinking principles to ensure dashboards are intuitive, navigable, and tailored to diverse stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regional data (LATAM, EMEA, APAC) into cohesive global reporting frameworks
• Continuously improve dashboard performance, usability, and visual impact based on user feedback and evolving business needs
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalability across all reporting solutions
• Present insights and dashboards to senior stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic relevance
