What You Can Expect
Responsible for performing reporting and analytical reviews related with full P&L (revenue, corporate spending, etc), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other supplemental reports providing timely reports to business partners for monthly assessments, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of processes, best practices, and procedures.
How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages for / to business partners based on Excel, Hyperion, Power BI and other systems.
- Work with large data sets and data transformation tools or processes.
- Analyzes and reports on monthly financial performance and provides variance commentary.
- Validates reporting data and systematic reporting output.
- Generates standard reports.
- Complete ad-hoc projects and reports for team and business partners as required.
- Develops and maintains planning & reporting templates, standards, processes.
- Support capital projects by tracking and analyzing spend with business partners.
- Participates in the various financial business functions of the organization, including but not limited to strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly projections.
- Contribute to team innovation and improve (continuous improvement) projects.
- Builds business case models as required.
- Supports team learning and capability development activities

B.S. in accounting / finance / industrial engineer / economics or related field required.3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Intelligence or accounting role, or 2 to 4 years of experience with successful graduation from the ZB Finance Development Program and strong performance required.Proficiency with personal computers and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel.Hyperion.Data visualization and transformation tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, SQL, Python or SimilarEffective analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required.Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.Travel Expectations
