About the Role

As a Project Manager with a Creative Producer focus, you / 'll lead multidisciplinary initiatives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling—partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to turn bold ideas into world-class outcomes on time and on budget.

This contract goes until January 31st.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem
• Translate ambitious creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving originality
• Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, tech, and account teams
• Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, energized, and focused
• Anticipate risks and blockers; resolve issues proactively with diplomacy and creativity
• Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth collaboration
• Maintain transparent documentation : timelines, status updates, budgets, and learnings
• Advocate for and implement process improvements that support creative flow
• Other duties as assigned
