Job Description :

The Global Learning Enablement (GLE) organization, part of Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS), is recruiting for an Experienced Analyst, Operational Excellence & Analytics to join the Operational Excellence & Strategy team.

The Operational Excellence & Strategy team develops and maintains a robust data infrastructure, leverages digital tools, and implements automation to optimize processes and performance. The team drives data accuracy, actionable insights, and technological innovation to enable strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency across GLE.

The Experienced Analyst, Operational Excellence and Analytics plays a key role in driving both data analytics and project governance across Global Learning Enablement. The analyst develops and optimizes dashboards, ensures data quality, and translates complex information into actionable insights that support data‑driven decision making and business performance. In addition, the role supports project management and governance by tracking milestones, assessing project value, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment in communication and reporting. Through these combined efforts, the analyst promotes continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Analytics Execution

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for key stakeholders and leadership.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., NPS, operational metrics, survey data) into centralized reporting systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation checks, documentation, and governance practices.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process and performance improvement.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making.
• Leverage automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath) to streamline data workflows and reduce manual effort.
