What You’ll Bring

Core Sales Operations
Leverage real estate databases and public websites to identify and present potential buildings for the REPP sales teamDevelop outreach strategies for prioritized assets and identify appropriate building owners using public websites (e.g., LinkedIn)Manage outreach projects to support Sales team members with organization and deadlinesManage the CRM tool (HubSpot) for the Sales team members you supportServe as liaison between Sales and Feasibility teams to ensure accurate and timely deal data flowStrategic Projects
Assist with structuring and executing discrete projects to drive deal volume and improve internal processes, including underwriting, property performance comparisons, and research of priority markets and buildingsPlan and prioritize projects quarterly and measure project success at campaign completionMarketing & Branding
