Key Responsibilities

• P&L Management - Controls and Governance specialize in making the most of the tools our company already uses—leveraging them to build smart, reliable processes that support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, by understanding the matrixed organization to action with clarity. The goal is to help local team make confident decisions using resources they already trust.
• Key contributor for execution : Partner with local stakeholders to develop a world‑class forecast accuracy and quality of data as for revenue, expenses, headcounts. Drive local and regional strategy and supporters to senior FPA to create and develop efficiency for new ways of rhythms within NIQ.
• Revenue and Expense executor : Prepare and analyse financial assumptions and predictions, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Prepare and control risk assessment presentations and contingency plans to support strategic decision‑making. Accountable for central cost centers such as personal expenses, HR, Legal for forecasting, budgeting, identifying risks / opportunities. Conduct other ad hoc analysis for regional finance leadership, as required.
• Impact as Finance Operations member : Confidently projecting NIQ principles. Play and active role at local and regional level within Finance operations. Work closely with team members within the FP&A Finance Operations organisation to ensure a cohesive approach to financial management and to foster an environment of learning and growth.
