The Role

This is not a software development role. You will lead our engineering content team - the group of engineers responsible for building, scaling, and validating the structural and design calculations that power ClearCalcs. These calculations are created and maintained through our proprietary Calculator Builder, which allows engineers to encode design standards and methods into flexible, validated tools without needing to write software.

As our first manager-of-managers hire in engineering, you will :

• Manage and coach Group Engineering Managers who lead engineers and technical leads.
• Build the systems, processes, and metrics that let us forecast throughput and scale delivery.
• Partner with product, sales, and marketing to ensure our content velocity matches market and customer needs.
• Strengthen our ability to work with external partners while maintaining ClearCalcs’ high quality standards.
• Report directly to the CEO and play a key role on the leadership team.

This role is based in Bogotá (preferred), colocated with the majority of our engineers, though we will also consider strong candidates in Toronto.
