This role on the Engineering team will require a technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Management, Intune, Apple Business Manager as well as Samsung Knox.

You must be an SCCM / MECM / Intune SME with mobile device management experience and preferably with a scripting and reporting background. SCCM, MECM, Intune and M365 certifications would be advantageous. Supporting a diverse end user population across 50+ countries, covering office locations, manufacturing sites and remote users.

Key responsibilities and authority

What decisions may the job holder make without first seeking approval from higher manager / supervisor? Does the role have signatory rights?

• Create application packages, configuring, test and troubleshooting software deployments.
• Setup Collections and collection membership.
• Use query base collections and AD groups for deployments.
• Routine application lifecycle and update.
• Perform software test, application rollouts and deployment reporting.
• Development of PowerShell scripts for the purpose of automating software deployments via SCCM
