We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant / Engineer to support the rollout of Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations across North America and / or LATAM. This position involves hands-on configuration, data management, and end-user support while contributing to custom client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide SFMC user support in data management and Mobile Studio
• Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Mobile Studio, Paid Media, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
• Design individual client applications using Salesforce tools
• Contribute to solution design and programming projects in collaboration with the agile team
• Conduct Zoom training sessions to educate SFMC users and promote platform adoption
• Support administrators in analyzing and troubleshooting bugs
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and foster collaboration
• Operate independently within an agile, international team
• Engage daily through digital tools such as Zoom, Teams, Jira, and Outlook
