Scope of the Role
We are seeking a Media Buyer to manage Google and Meta campaigns end-to-end, optimizing performance, improving ROI, and ensuring patient acquisition goals are consistently met. This role will partner closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results for our healthcare clients.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta Ads) campaigns.
- Develop, test, and scale lead generation strategies for client acquisition.
- Oversee 2 Google + 2 Meta accounts, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance.
- Track and report on KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Align paid media strategy with overall client goals.
- Advise on budgets, creative testing, and audience segmentation.
- Stay current with platform updates, compliance rules, and healthcare advertising regulations.
Requirements
Requirements :
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.Proven track record of delivering ROI on Google Ads + Meta Ads.Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, campaign setup, and tracking.Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.Experience in healthcare or lead generation campaigns is highly preferred.
