We are seeking a talented Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines a strong technical foundation with exceptional client-facing acumen. You'll excel at analyzing performance data, identifying actionable insights, and developing strategic Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok campaigns with a heavy emphasis on Shopping. You will ensure client success by combining your hands-on approach and delegation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ecommerce PPC accounts,balancing in-depth strategic analysis for high-touch clients with efficient optimization practices for smaller accounts.
• Develop actionable diagnostics and focus on creating a prioritized list of worthwhile tactical optimizations for every account under your care.
• Manage and optimize high-performance Google Ads Shopping / P Max campaigns and product feeds.
• Manage and optimize Facebook campaigns with high ROI and A / B testing
• Manage and optimize high converting TikTok campaigns
• Conduct advanced keyword research to uncover actionable customer insights and expand targeting opportunities.
• Implement Smart Bidding strategies,Performance Max campaigns,and navigate other complex features to drive superior results.
• Analyze campaign data to uncover impactful insights,crafting compelling reports and presentations that drive tactical decision-making.
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate insights into actionable recommendations,earning their trust through concise explanations of complex PPC concepts and securing buy-in on the execution of those optimization strategies.
• Partner with internal teams on innovative optimization strategies,providing guidance and direction down to team members you delegate to.
