Responsibilities
- Perform generative research on problem spaces to ideate and prioritize innovative, customer‑centric solutions and experiences.
- Own, manage, and defend theme‑based visions that align to strategic objectives and deliver outcomes, not just outputs.
- Excite and motivate stakeholders with a clear vision and the outcomes you plan to deliver.
- Identify customer problems and opportunity areas across all Recurly products, and design creative solutions that holistically solve problems or realize opportunities.
- Break big ideas into deliverable chunks of functionality, prioritizing items with the highest ROI to get value to market quickly.
- Work cross‑functionally with Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to drive successful product launches and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including partnership conversations, pricing strategy facilitation, and competitive analysis.
- Communicate exceptionally well, both written and oral, tailoring information for audiences from executives to team members.
- Quantify your impact through KPIs and metrics and hold yourself accountable to the outcomes you aim to achieve.
- Own the outcome and do whatever it takes to deliver vision and drive desired outcomes.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience delivering product and features at a B2B SaaS company, including experience taking features from 0‑1.Team / functional leadership experience, liaising between teams and senior leadership, improving processes, and embodying company culture.Working knowledge of modern technology and database concepts (SQL experience a major plus).Experience in subscription billing and management (ideally managing features that drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value) is a nice‑to‑have.Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and technology teams to drive product development.Strong written and verbal communication skills that drive clarity and influence at the C‑suite level and across engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, operations, and finance stakeholders.Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership to drive product success.Benefits
