About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive manual testing. You / 'll leverage your keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to think creatively to identify issues and ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute thorough manual test cases and test scripts based on system specifications and requirements;
• Develop multiple test scenarios, including non-traditional test cases, negative testing, edge cases, and performance considerations, to ensure robust product validation;
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements, plan testing processes, and identify issues for correction;
• Create detailed logs to document testing phases and identify defects;
• Report bugs and errors to development teams, primarily using Jira;
• Troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes of defects;
• Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test reports, and test documentation, with experience in tools like Xray;
• Participate actively in Agile-Scrum development processes, providing valuable feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement;
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
