Overview
These roles are part of our Future Talent Program Technical Track and are an 18-month program designed to develop engineering skills in an accelerated process to become a leading technical expert in different areas. The program includes project rotations, work in your department, formal training, and mentorship. You will be delivering results from day one as part of a development plan designed for you and your position to grow into your future role. The program provides broad insight into the company, culture, and values, and aims to help you build a network of future automation engineers. The position will be based in Bogota, Colombia, with up to 50% travel. The start date is February 2026. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
