Overview

Are you passionate about building intelligent automation solutions that combine conversational bots, RPA, and low-code design? Join our team as a Power Platform & AI Automation Engineer and help us transform business workflows across Finance, Operations, and Customer Support.

Responsibilities

• Design and build conversational workflow agents using Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Develop cloud flows, adaptive card approvals, and Power Automate Desktop (RPA) scripts to automate end-to-end processes.
• Build and integrate custom APIs and connectors (REST, Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• Handle OAuth 2.0, API pagination, throttling, and webhook / event integrations.
• Secure and manage credentials using Azure Key Vault and enforce RBAC (role-based access controls).
• Write and run tests, deploy solutions via CI / CD pipelines, and support production with logging and runbooks.
• Monitor usage and cost of agents to stay within budget thresholds.
